After I have completed a major project, I like to circle back and look at the successes and why those elements were successful. I also like to look back at the areas I feel could use improvement and begin some action plans to improve those areas.

 

I can review most of the systems and processes of the project with my creative/production team, or on my own. However, there is one big element of every project I'm involved  in that always proves difficult to truly honestly review:

 

Me.
